Vielen Dank an Erzengel fürs Teilen! Klare goldgelbe Farbe, wenig weißer Schaum. Geruch fast nach reinem Apfelsaft, dennoch trocken, spritzig säuerlich. Geschmack nach süßen Äpfeln, leicht trocken, wenig säuerlich, naja!

Sweetish-smooth nose. The cider starts fresh but not deep. Slightly sweetish, hints of tartness, not too dry. Hints of ripe apples, but not very deep. Easy to drink but the aftertaste ends quite fast. Apples, sweetish-dry, a bit watery. Sad.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a clear golden color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a sweetish fruity apple aroma. Sweetish fruity apple vanilla flavor. Has a sweetish fruity slightly tart apple finish.

Bottle 750ml.Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to lightheavy apple, yellow apples, floury apples, sweet artificial vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20101122]

Bottled. A golden cider with a white head. The aroma has notes of apples as well as light notes of vinegar. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of apples, but also a light note of wood, leading to a lightly tart finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours almost clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp apple fruity. Mild acidic yet juicy apples and with a small dryness. Ends mild citric and lingering dry apple fruity.
