Appearance: Hazy amber, one finger tall off-white head of medium retention. Aroma: Apricot & peach jam. perfume, dried apples & pears, apple seeds, somewhat toasted. Taste: Pretty similar. Additional hop. Moderately sweet & light bitter. Warming. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, average carbonation. Overall: A rare Brauning Bier success.
