Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 21/12/23. Mahogany brown pour with a beige cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is dried fruit rinds, brown bread, dark malts, herb, faint smoke. Taste comprises cocoa powder, dried fruit rinds, toffee, brown bread, fruit load. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad but would not have guessed the style blind tasting this and don't think its the best fit for this beer.

8/12/2023. Bottle from Vin og vin, Hobro. Pours clear deep amber brown with a creamy frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, toffee, bready, hops, touch of spice and liquorice with very slight smoked meat edge. Moderate sweetness with a developing bitter bite. Medium body, average carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

Black color with a ruby touch and a nice tan head. Nose is roasty malty and earthy. Rather lite body. Roasty and bitter. Quit simple.

330ml bottle. Clear, darkest brown colour with ruby shimmer and average to huge, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, beige head. Grassy-spicy hoppy and toasty, minimally nutty, dark malty, woody hints of bark. Taste is toasty and minimally nutty, almost woody, dark malty, bitter, grassy-spicy hoppy, hints of bark, a subtle touch of liquorice. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Surprisingly dark and bitter - not bad.

Bottle. Dark chestnut brown, low head. Pine and citrus nose. Medium body, sparkly, roast, light smoky bread, big hoppy backbone.
