Our Christmas brew is equally suited to sill inlays and lamb violin as to the dates the fire. In yeast at low temperature to promote the subtle flavor notes. In the beer intermingled birch wood smoked pilsner malt with caramel malt. Hops Flower is signed German Hallertau Magnum, Challenger British and American Amarillo. Merry Christmas!

Litt mer i retning av bitter (og kor bitter) enn sødmen vi vanligvis forbinder med juleøl. Nydelige mørke tjæreaktige toner, og temmelig tørr.

Bottled 330ml. -Brown coloured, medium sized beige-ish head, caramel and whiff of green apple in the nose. Sweet malty, light caramel, touch of citrus and weak nutty with notes of green apple and smoke in the finish.

0,33 litre Bottle from Systembolaget Charlottenberg. Dark brown with little head. Dark malts, hops, herbs and bitterness.

Bottle at Bockholmen. Dark brown with beige head. Loads of burnt caramel, some chocolate biscuits, slightly grassy. Good.

Bottle 33 cl, from Systembolaget, Östersund. Dark brown with a medium light brown head. Roasted malt, nuts and spices aroma. Sweet flavor with a Malt and some drak fruit end. Medium body. Not bad. Östersund 07.11.18
