Appearance: Foggy deep brown with a one finger tall ivory-coloured head of medium retention. Aroma: smoked cheese, bacon, caramel and toast, wood, dried fruits. Taste: Relatively dry. Smoked. Dark malts, wood, nuts, vinous notes, dried fruits, some hop. Mouth feel: Medium body, appropriate carrbonation. Summary: Good and interesting.

Tap. Chestnut-bronze color, fine yellowish foam. Aroma: slightly smoked, good maltiness, slightly smoked cheese, caramel, wine. Taste: caramel, smoked cheese, slightly ashy, malty, slightly winey, warm, good.
