Appearance: opaque deep brown to black with a moderate tan frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: roasted barley, wafers, butter cookies, oak barrel, rum. Taste: moderately sweet, light bitter. Dark malt, chocolate, wafers, oak tannins, rum, some hop. Mouth feel: medium to full body, soft carbonation. Summary: smooth and good.
