75 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Herbal and honey aroma. Sweet and honey flavoured. light phenolic and alcohol burn. Honey and spiced flavoured finish, light warming alcohol finish.

Ceramic bottle. Very pale yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is honey, alcohol and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is quite much the same with honey and spices coming in quite strongly. Very sweet, but still drinkable.

Ceramic crock 50 cl. Pours an almost crystal clear with a vague tint of yellow. Sweetish, spicy honey aroma. Medium-bodied, again spicy honey accents with a vague underlying tartness and a warming alcoholic finish. 270609

clear slightly yellow, no head sweet, very herbal, spicy slight citrussy aroma, but nice aroma flavor is sweet, honey, spices, faint citrussy which is nice for balance

Clear pale golden with no head. Sweet aroma with spices and honey notes. Flavour had honey and spicy notes. Flavour wass sweet with honey, spices, flowers and caramel notes. Finished sweet.

Pale yellow. Herbal aroma with heather, rosemary, thyme, honey, alcohol and... olives? Sweet and herbal flavour, with a sherry-like alcohol note, and some wood or nut character. Possibly more Provencale than Celtic...
