Appearance: petroleum black, small tan head of medium retention. Aroma: Roasted barley, ground coffee, dark chocolate, hop, distant esters. Taste: Light sweet, light to medium bitter. Roasted, coffee & chocolate, floral hop, cookies. Hoppy ending. Full body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: Powerful. Convincing. Tasty.

Tap. Dark brown with black, coffee foam. Aroma: sweet, chocolate and caramel, slightly smoky, whisky, a little coffee, good. Taste: sweet, caramel, chocolate and coffee, brandy, chocolate cake, a little cream, warms, very good.
