Appearance: Cloudy deep gold with a small white frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: Garlic, mushrooms (maybe chanterelles),various spices, malt. Taste: Light sweet, light to medium sour. Chanterelles, malt, garlic, salt, coriander, other spices. Mouth feel: Medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: An intresting experiment. Good.

Tap. Orange, hazy, almost no foam. Aroma: very spicy, chanterelles, pickled and salted, coriander, black pepper, sour and interesting. Sour taste, pickled chanterelles, marinade, black pepper, other spices.
