Appearance: Cloudy yellow to orange with a moderate white frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: Overripe banana, wheat bread, candy, clove, barley malt. Taste: Medium dry. bready, fruity. Wheat, banana, some clove, notable hop. So is the bitterness in the ending & aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: A fairly good, well-hopped Weizen.

Tap. Honey-yellow color, cloudy, good white foam. Aroma: expected banana and cloves, fresh baguette, esters. Taste: good, a lot of banana, a little cloves, mild bitterness at the finish, a little candy, good.
