Cask (handpump) @ The New Oxford, 11 Bexley Sq, Salford, Manchester, England M3 6DB.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, plaster - chalk notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100123]
