Tap. Almost black, rather dark coffee foam. Aroma: sweet, gingerbread cookies, burnt, coffee, dark chocolate, caramel. Taste: sweet, winey, dark chocolate and gingerbread, almonds, rum, strong, specific, a little lactose.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown with a moderate beige head of good retention. Aroma and taste: Thick dark malts, slightly roasted, milk chocolate, hop, distant cinnamon. Light to medium sweet, light bitter. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: Rather good.
