Аромат вроде и неплохой, но очень дрожжевой, через них почувствовать бабаны сложно но можно, еще сладость есть. Вкус нормальный, питкий, бананов уже побольше, пшенице самой мало, дрожжей снова много. На финише есть хлеб. Вроде и нормально, но что то с балансом не так.

500ml bottle. Pours cloudy with a tall white head. Aroma is banana, wheat, spice. Taste is slightly dry, banana, yeast. Dry finish.

Appearance: cloudy yellow colour, huge white head of good retention. Aroma: overripe apples, wheat bread, banana, distant clove. Taste: medium dry, clean, bready, fruity. Apples, banana, distant spiciness. Bone dry ending. Light to medium hop bitterness. Palate: medium minus body, lively carbonation. Summary: a high quality Weizen. Enjoyed with pleasure.

Bottle 50 cl. Yellow, hazy, fluffy white foam. Aroma: grain, milk wheat, a little spicy and banana. Slightly sweet taste, grain, wheat, a little banana, light yeast sourness, normal.

Ich bin nicht sicher, warum meine ersten Erinnerungen an dieses Bier so schlecht sind, aber höchstwahrscheinlich hatte ich ein altes Exemplar, das schon muffig war. Es ist ein klassisches bayrisches Weizenbier mit einem gutem Aroma und getreidig-hefigen Körper. Vielleicht nicht das allerbeste, aber durchaus drinkable.
