Tap. Cloudy reddish color. Aroma: spicy, slightly lemongrass, malt and yeast. Malty taste, slightly sweet, slightly sour lemongrass, mild bitterness, slightly spicy and yeasty.

Appearance: cloudy gold with a moderate white frothy head of low retention. Aroma: grains, pear, hay, grass, Belgian yeast. Taste: medium dry, grainy. Hay, grass, yeast, pear. Light plus ending bitterness. Mouth feel: medium minus body, lively carbonation. Summary: fitting the style. OK.
