Appearance: Cloudy reddish amber with a small off-white head of low retention. Aroma: Tomato sauce, smoke, Provence herbs coriander, light salt. Taste: Light sweet. moderately hot. Tomato sauce, Provence herbs, coriander, smoke, a hint of salt. Low bitterness. Lingering chili aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: Needs a bit more intensity and salt. Otherwise OK.
