Bottle in Paris. Sweetish mild apples. Ripe apples over a moderate sweetish winey body. Round but no depth or tartness. The aftertaste is mild-sweetish, fruity apples, smooth but nothing special.

Bottle 750ml.Clear medium yellow color with a fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, dried apple, vanilla, light wood. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average duration, apple, vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20101024]

Bottled. A golden beer with a thinb off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, leading to a dry finish. Brought home by me.

Deep blond color, no head retention, but persistent perlage. Sweetish apple aroma, and sweetish apple flavor, with light sourness; it has just a bit more apple flavor than other simple ciders. Inoffensive sweet drink, even if not bad.
