Flat, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, honey, alcohol, hay, minerals, cellar, grass, herbs, hints of sour berries. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish boozy, honey, sour berries, grass, herbs, alcohol, minerals, bark. Slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Pours clear, light pale yellow. Scent is fairly closed, just a full honey nose with layers not showing , but anouncing themselves at silent giveaways. Taste is fairly sweet. beautifull honey profile. Mild dry note towards the end. Very pure.

Bottle 750ml.Clear medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, light berry notes. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy honey - honey nectar ! honey, light alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. Drunk to celebrate my rating number 18,700. Bottled. A dark golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey and berries. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of honey, alcohol, and berries, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.
