I could say the cheap version of the diplom pils, acceptable regarding the low degrees of alcool, light at all the senses. 19.10.19, at Kirchzarten and buying this one there.

Clear light yellow blond beer, big creamy foamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of wort, grains, hay, cow fodder, metallic, floral notes, soapy impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Clear pale yellow beer, big solid bit irregular creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: a bit fruity, some citrus, honey, some tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit watery, metallic, gentle bitterness, some citrus, a little grassy. Aftertaste: more grassy hops, zesty, citrus, grapefruit, malty, grains, slightly metallic, thirst quenching beer, decent one!

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Weak, minimally floral, hoppy aroma, pale malty background, a touch of daisy, biscuit, a doughy yeasty touch shines through. Taste is minimally bready, pale malty, slightly doughy yeasty and minimally soapy, floral and even citrusy hoppy, almost no residual sweetness. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Relativey clean, not as doughy and musty as many other low alc brews, nevertheless watery, expressionless and not even exactly refreshing - tolerable.

This low alcohol beer isn’t that bad. A decent hopbitterness, but also some boiled milk and plastic. Pleasant but light bitter aftertaste.

Filtered, drunk from the bottle. Light citrus spicy flavor, maybe some new world or new strain hops along with traditional German varieties. Grainy aftertaste disturbs the hop balance; the flavor could be better blended/rounded. Decent easy drinking light beer, worlds better than what passes for such in US lagers.
