Bottle at De La Gare. Very hazy dark red with a ring of white head. Aroma of tart cherries, tart overripe dark fruit, light lactic notes and a little caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [30/07/2016]

Bottle poor at Duinoord festival. Hazy gradient from dark amber to lighter amber with little creme head. Vinegrous sour toasted malts. Rotten cherries, brown bread, grapes, wood. Interesting palate. Medium sour, woody dry, light bitter. Medium body, low carbonation, fresh tart finish.

Bottle sampled at Duinoord festival. Murky reddish brown with no head. Red wine, sour red berries, fruity Brett with pineapple and apricot, bitter herbs and leaves, some sherry, hay. Under Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with very fine carbonation. Great effort for a new brewery.
