Hazy yellowish. Aroma is yeast forward wheat, some dough. A bit thin but not entirely watery. Taste is yeast juices all the way, some carbonation sourness. Not too sweet. This amount of yeastiness would go well with a full bodied Weizen.

Bottle (thanx to Quack-Duck!): Golden, hazy, lively carbonation, big stable off-white head; moderate fruity (ripe bananas, lemons) nose with a wheaty-dusty background, even a little amount of hops detectable; light to moderte sourish-sweetish flavour, a bit adstringent, pretty light bodied; dry and tart and mineralic finish. Quite good for a lightweighted Weizen.....

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy and opaque golden with a dense white head. Banana and yeast in the nose. Light-bodied, banana and yeast with a dry sulphurous finish. But not the worst light Hefe. 171010

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and dense foamy white head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma with notes of green bananas and a touch of cloves. Slightly bitter and mildly sweet flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Slim wheaty base with a delicate touch of banana, clovy spices and a bitter hoppy edge, especially towards the moderately dry finish. Uncommon but likeable. 05.X.10

Bottled@Monks Cafe, Stockholm. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is banana, mild yeast, cardboard and herbal notes. Flavour is quite much the same, but also has a slight metallic edge to it.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy yellow, creamy head. Estery, somewhat fatty banana aroma. Swet and fruity with notes of paper. Understandably light bodied with spitzy mouthfeel. Sweetness gets a little in the way of drinkability and there is a very light touch of metal that reveals it’s low gravity. Still very full flavoured for it’s size, and I need to admire them for making a Leichtes Weisse taste so real.
