Red with little pink head. Aroma is yeast funk a bit definite blackberry some mossy wood and champagne. Taste is sour and bitter slight funky yeast. Definitely no sugar left. Berry finish with lots of yeast funk. Definitely lacto. Quite complex and drinkable. Pleasant.

Bottled, thanks dnicolaescu! . Clear purple, small pink head. Red berries and lemon up front. Dry with mild tartness and light body. Mildly citric with raspberry and blackberry. Low bitterness. Well made.

Dark ruby pour with a short-lived tall pink head. Notes of blackberries, light wine tannins, lemon, light lactic, a bit of yogurt. Light body, high carbonation and a sweetish-tart finish.

Bottle at the JimGreen tasting, Den Haag, December 2017. Poured a hazy reddish medium amber with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is mineral light fake sugar, yeast. The flavour is moderate sour with a light watery crisp raspberry fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle shared at the pre-Christmas tasting with JimGreenuk. Nice picture of a cat wearing a waistcoat with a pocket watch on the label. Well done! Clear red with a pink head. Aroma of strawberry, yeast and ice cream. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
