Lambic-inspired wild ale brewed in collaboration with our old friend Denis Pi from XP Brew. Turbid-mashed on unmalted wheat and aged hops and fermented with WLP655 Mix. Matured in brand new plastic cube for 13 months, and then pumped down to the wine barrels for 12 more months.
This is a plain version infused with nothing and matured for a million minutes.

Bottle. Orange-golden, slightly hazy, light white foam. Aroma: pleasant sourness with a slight wildness, a little wine vinegar and homemade wine, a little fruity, wet skin and oak. Taste: sour, but moderate, tart, oak, refreshing, light fruitiness, white house wine. Mild but complex sour ale.
