33cl bottle share @ Niamey's 3rd craft beer tasting, big cheers to Madalin for logging around 30 Romanians bottles to Africa. BB 20/09/2018, lot#01MURE. Rosée, col fin rosé/blanc. Arôme est fruité mettant bien en avant le côté mûre avec un rétro berliner plutôt modéré qui n'est pas trop agressif au niveau citrique. Palais est finement aigrelet, sécheresse en fin de bouche, fruité de mûre pour une effervescence assez haute et un fini rendant un caractère de jus de mûre qui rend moins l'effet plutôt aigre de cette baie. Reste correcte si ce n'est un peu trop légère au niveau de l'acidité attendu.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max. Nice red color. Some berries, mild lacto, somewhat tart, slightly sweetish, a bit lemony. Mild, but nice and refreshing.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy bright ruby, sediment, pink head. Smells like a red fruit bubble gum, red berry juice, some of that doughy pickles-like like Berliner thing in the background. Taste: a pretty clean lactic sour base, low to moderate acidity, some Berliner dough, light fruitiness. The body is ok at first, but goes a little flat and watery in the finish, with neither acidity or flavour to cover. Some pickles in the aftertaste. Overall, a petty nice and clean Berliner, even if not that sour.
