Dedicated to an old german metal band Dark Reality which both of the breweries' brewmasters appreciate.
Also inspired by the current pandemic times which seem quite dark as well...:)
Imperial stout matured with rum soaked dried plums and dates with an elegant hint of vanilla.

Посвящён любимому обоими сторонами коллаба творчеству одноимённого музыкального коллектива дум-фолк металлического направления. Не в последнюю очередь на выборе названия отразились текущие "тёмные" времена :)
Имперский стаут, выдержанный с черносливом и финиками, вымоченными в тёмном роме, с нежным оттенком ванили.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 7
Look: Deep brown to black, opaque, one finger tall beige head leaving a long-living ring. Aroma: dark malts, coffee and chocolate, waffles, fruit jam, cookies, some stronger alcohol. Taste: medium sweet, pretty pastry-oriented. Dark malts and chocolate, waffles, light alcohol. Low to light bitterness. Palate: full minus body, light carbonation. Overall: rather good, just beyond my tastes.

Bottle 33 cl. Dark brown, close to black, brown foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, jam, slightly smoked, meats, dried fruits, dates and prunes, maybe a little rum and vanilla. Taste: sweet, waffles, caramel, a little chocolate and jam from dates, prunes, rum, velvety, molasses, not bad.
