Appearance: muddy chestnut brown with a small off-white head of low retention. Aroma: wheat bread, coriander, clove, caramel, toast, vegetal off-features. Taste: medium dry. Caramel, bread, cooked peas, spices. Palate: light to medium body, medium to lively carbonation. Overall: not really purely brewed.
