500 ml tap. Cloudy amber with a fluffy head. Estery, yeasty, clove, banana, dry citrus, bready, doughy. Mild dry bitterness, bready yeasty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry yeasty bready clovy finish. Good.

26-12-18 // 500ml souvenir bottle from the brewery. Unclear dark murkish brownish orange. White head. Grainy dusty nose. High carbo. Grains, darker wheat malts. Not a good weizen.

On tap at the brewpub. Leuchtend trübes orange goldenes Bier mit mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen Bananen, phenolisch, hefig. Geschmack nach Banane, Gewürznelken und Hefe, Standard weizen, etwas hohe Karbonisation.

Pours a clody amber-brown color, large white head. Wheaty and yeasty, slightly fruity. Quite nice.

On draught at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy orange-brown color with a thick and foamy off-white head that diminishes slowly. Sticky rings of lacing. Wheaty aroma with lemon and citrus notes. Light body with flavors of citrus, wheat and bananas. The finish is malty and wheaty with a fruity aftertaste. Decent all around.

Draught at the bräuhaus
Cloudy orange-amber color. Strange and light orange aroma. Also the flavor is strange, it reminds me of orange cookies; the mouthfeel is quite round. The bitterness is very low, and the final is also a bit lemony. Weird.

Draught @ Hausbrauerei Domhof, Grosse Himmelsgasse 6, Speyer, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany 67346.Murky medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, overriped orange, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100928]
