Foggy orangeish gold with a moderate white head that stays as a layer on beer surface. Aroma: malts, buckwheat, spicy yeast, acidic notes. Medium minus body. Average carbonation. Taste: medium dry, light sour. Malt, buckwheat, spicy yeast. Light old hops and tart yeast at finish. Interesting and pretty uncommon.

Bottle 500 ml. Golden color, white foam. Aroma: buckwheat, grass and butter, a little apple and malt, a little esters. Taste: oily slightly, a little butter, malt, light bitterness, grassy.
