Cloudy pale color; it has a mild acidity and mild lemony character; low bitterness. Quite pleasant yet simple.

Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus - lemon, yeast, phenol, coriander. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100911]

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose and flavors are sweet and yeasty. Herbal and wheaty with a note of baking powder.

chiara schiuma media discreta persistenza. il naso è invitante leggermete acidulo speziato in bocca buona acidità la rende beverina laspeziatura è un po timida i lieviti le danno un tocco particolare
