Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 7.5
Appearance: cloudy orangeish golden colour, moderate white head of decent retention. Aroma: dried apples and pears, solid malt, Belgian yeast, a funky hint, esters. Taste: moderately sweet, malty, dried fruit, spicy and lightly funky yeast, warming alcohol, appropriate ending bitterness. Palate: medium to full body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: a succeeded tripel.

Bottle. Dark golden color, lush white foam,. Aroma: esters, a small spice, apples, higher alcohols, a little berries. Taste: malty, rich, fruity, seeds, pear, apples, mild bitterness, not bad.
