Tried at the Cardinals Hat, Lincoln. Deep ruby colour with a light tan head. Aroma stone fruit, stewed fruit and malty. taste light sweet to dry finish medium body.

Pours a dark brown colour with a small light beige head. A grainy roasted malt and brown bread aroma. Similar roasted grainy taste, moderately sweet and some dryness in the finish. Average.

Cask at the Fat Cat, Pours dark brown with a small off white head. Aroma of light roasted malt, caramel, hop, mild fruit. Light sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Medium body and slick texture, carbonation is average.

Cask gravity at the St Albans BEER festival 2016. A nutty brown coloured pour with small loose light tan head . Aroma is nutty, earthy malts, hints of choc, berry. Flavour is composed of dried fruits, raisin, berry, nutty, light toasted mats. Palate is semi sweet, woody, moderate condition. Rustic.
