Bottle at Jim’s back tasting! Dark brown with big beige head. Lots of dry wood, strong herbs and grass, dry cocoa, dusty vanilla, light goat, tannins, old leaves, ash. Light sweet and sour, medium tannic bitter. Over medium bodied with lots of carbonation. Meh.
