Modelled on a traditional English bitter the SRA is deep golden in colour, with a fresh hoppy aroma and a lovely bitter finish. This will make a great session ale for those of you who like their beers light, quenching and sessionable.

Cask at the Counting House, Dundee. It pours clear amber with a medium off-white head. The nose is biscuit, toasty grain, light caramel, brown bread and cereal. The taste is bitter-sweet, some lemony citrus, biscuit malt, mild toffee and toasted brown bread with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A rather drinkable bitter by all accords. Solid.
