Bottle, bb 1/12. Slow pour yields an inch of black and six of light tan head. (Later) - Aroma of nut oil, cocoa, coffee, roasted malt. Mouthfeel is at first undrinkably overcarbonated but comes good eventually and is quite oily. Taste has quite a lot of roasted bitterness with cocoa and some coffee. There’s a little plummy sweetness as well as a little apple sourness. Roasted bitterness with tobacco and licorice at the end. Pretty good once it settled.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a fully gone head. Aroma is malty and somewhat herbal/tobacco - a bit strange. Dry malty and roasted flavoured. Again a strange herbal/tobacco note. Dry roasted malt finish.
