Draught @ Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. Pours dark brown with a small creamy stable head and lacings. Nose is very hoppy with notes of pine and grapefruit. Palate is smooth and soft. Flavor adds a bit more dark malts. A bit of roast, caramel and liquorice. Dry and hoppy bitter end. Very nice

On tap. Carlsens Kvarter in Odense. Near black ith a lasting tan head. Strong but elegant, juicy, Nelson Sauvin aroma, of white wine, apricot and tangerine. Hoppy flavour, with medium bitterness, and a faint hint of coffee and ash in the finish. As delicious and sessionable as the original Fat Cat.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a brown head. The aroma has strong notes of hops lending it notes of cats piss and citrus, as well as notes of caramel and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of nuts, malt, and hops, the latter lending it notes of cats piss, leading to a very bitter finish. The body is thin.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Theis. Pours a hazy orangey brown with a frothy and lacing beige head. Very intense and spicy Nelson Sauvin aroma. Rather light body, very juicy - almost herbal and berry-like. Very hoppy finish, but not overly bitter. 280710
