Fonefan 280215. Deep golden colour with no head. Aroma is honey, floral. Flavour is honey, fruit, floral, spices. Nice mead.

Aroma has sweet honey tones, some root beer and hints of chlorine. Flavour has chlorine, honey, mild root beer and some alcohol. Too sweet and a bit too boozy but not completely bad still.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet honey, flowers, herbs and has a nice flowery finish.

Bottle. It pours a clear, dark golden body, still and headless. Lots of honey on the nose, some grass and flower too. It’s very sweet on the palate, full-bodied and rather honey sweet, but there’s not that much honey flavor. Some orange and flower notes. Lasting honeysweet finish. A quite decent one, but lacking some on complexity. 150228

Rund süßer, minimal karbonisierter Antrunk. Klebrig, süffig, ausbalanciert. Die Süße ist eher zurückhaltend, der Honig Ton steigert sich noch etwas. Sehr süffig. 9/13/14/11/8/12

Bottle, 12.0%. Good honey aroma, faintly spicy, hint of old dust. Clear golden colour. The flavour has a good honey note, a little spicy like the aroma. Nice warming alcohol. Not bad.

Bottle, 12%. Pours clear and slightlly oily golden. Clear aroma of honey and herbs, with a note of alcohol. Sweet flavour of honey and flowers, with warming alcohol ptesence. Lingering, sweet aftertaste. OK. Better than expected.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a clear very pale yellow color with no head. Has a sweetish spicy honey aroma with fruity hints. Sweetish flowery spicy honey flavor. Has a sweetish fruity honey finish with flowery hints.
