At the sportzentru, zuchwil, watching my daughter in a synchronized swimming. Drinking it at the bar, wet weather and welcomed wheat beer, on the classical way. Nothing special but it makes the job, light and smooth, wheat, a bit fruity, banana, some hop, 27.06.22

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal frumento. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frumento, cereali, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi e banana.

Taster at Il Fermento, Bellinzona. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- wheat, vanilla, yeast, apple, touch of banana, coriander. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, wheat, apple, apricot, citrusy, yeast. Medium bodied. Nice one.

bottiglia 33 cl 5,2% ABV, schiuma bianca media grana evanescente, colore giallo torbido, al naso leggero banana e cereali, in bocca chiodi di garofano leggero banana limone, carbonazione decisa, corpo leggero, watery, lieve acidula, amaro leggero. Tap at Erzbierschof Krone. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is light banana, coriander, wheat, minerals. Body is medium, soft carbonation, a bit sweet, but rather thin. Dry palate. Okay, but rather unspectacular.
