Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal frumento. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frumento, cereali, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi e banana.

Taster at Il Fermento, Bellinzona. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- wheat, vanilla, yeast, apple, touch of banana, coriander. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, wheat, apple, apricot, citrusy, yeast. Medium bodied. Nice one.

bottiglia 33 cl 5,2% ABV, schiuma bianca media grana evanescente, colore giallo torbido, al naso leggero banana e cereali, in bocca chiodi di garofano leggero banana limone, carbonazione decisa, corpo leggero, watery, lieve acidula, amaro leggero. Non entusiasmante ma si beve bene. c. calendario dell’avvento 2019 COOP CH 25.01.20

Tap at Erzbierschof Krone. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is light banana, coriander, wheat, minerals. Body is medium, soft carbonation, a bit sweet, but rather thin. Dry palate. Okay, but rather unspectacular.

Bottle 500ml.Hazy medium grey yellow to orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to light moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, yeasty, phenol. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100912]
