Bottle in Paris. The cider starts smooth and sweetish-winey. Not very deep nor very intense. Moderate fruitiness, hints of ripe apples, lots of water. The aftertaste has hints of sourness, not much fruit, one-dimensional. On the tongue remain hints of ripe sourish apples and lots of water.

Bottle from a shop near Republic, Paris. Pours gold with some white bubbles. Fresh apple juice aroma (well, slightly cooked, but pretty fresh). Med minus body. Flavor is lightly baked apple with some mixed green and red skin. Finishes fairly dry and moderately astringent. Quite drinkable.

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp apple fruity and dry sulphorish. Sweet fruity and medium dry sulphorish touch towards the finish. Ends lingering apple fruity dry.
