Bottle in Paris. Fresh and sourish tart beginning. Not as round or fruity as the Casino Normandie Doux cidre. Fresh apples, easy to drink but very one-dimensional in aroma. Fruity and easy to drink, more green unripe apples than the other doux cidre. Refreshing though!

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of apples and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe apples and some alcohol, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Corked bottle from a Casino shop in rue Turbigo, Paris
Deep blond color. Easy cider, semi-sweet, with very little character. Compared to the Casino Cidre de Normandie Doux, this one is lightly drier and has less fruits.

Bottle from a Casino store in Nice, drunk at the hotel with heavy. Poured a golden/orange body with a big white head that immediately disappeared. Slightly acidic dusty apple nose, sweetish too. Slightly sweet apple gluey taste, bit vinuous, slightly acidic too. Ending with an assault of sharp carbonation. Ok, drinkable.

08/10 A 0.75 l bottle from a Casino store in Nice. Poured golden to amber body with medium sized white head that went down quite fast. White wine, cork, sweet fresh apples in aroma, not so special as it’s dominated by that vinous smell. Flavor was sour and sweet, apples, grapes like in a sweet white wine, but overall thin and watery. Sourish, not particularly fine finish. Worse cider for French standards.
