Sample at the tap room. Hazy straw color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, yeast and mint. Light-bodied with a tart salty lime character and notes of mint and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity with a tart lemon-line aftertaste. Tasty beer that captures the essence of a mojito well. Pretty good all around.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is slightly citrus with some moderate mint notes. Light wheat notes. Pours a hazy, straw yellow gold with a small, white head that recedes to the edges and lingers. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is rather citric with some nice lemon notes. Mint is lighter than in the aroma. Hints of wheat. Bright and refreshing. Medium low citrus. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a tasty and rather refreshing beer. Nice crispness with a bit of wheat. Mint and lime work well together and with the base beer. Clean fermentation.
