Cask. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and citrus fruits, leading to a dry and bitter finish, where the note of straw lingers.

[ As Simpson & Simpson Celestial Light ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, citrus - lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100121]
