Ez a Honeymator, legújabb kollaborációnk, amit Szakács Milán méhésszel együtt készítettünk. Nem hiányozhat a téli hangulathoz. Kellemes mézes-malátás teltségével és masszívabb alkoholtartalmával béleli ki az ember szervezetét a hideg időben,

0.5 bottle. Az üveg, a cimke és a sör is gyönyörű. Gesztenye szín keverve kis biborvörössel, krémszínű sűrű habbal... hmmm. Elsőre kávés illattal nyit, ahogy melegszik a jó duplabakok aszalt gyümölcsössége is előjön. Komoly test. Pont jó szensavasság. Első korty: mennyei . Stoutos, porteres jegyek , ez a sör alapja, mellette végig valami fanyar, savanyú cukros, édes, gyümölcsös íz egyveleg érződik... Alkohol tökéletesen elbújtatva, minden korty után más utóízek. A mézet én külön nem éreztem, de összessegeben még negédesebb lett. Kötelező, kiemelkedő, minta főzet... Gratuláció!!!... 2022 szeptember, hordóérlelt sorszámozott: 9.8% os lett. Az alkohol sokat rontott rajta.

The bottle, the label and the beer are beautiful. Chestnut color mixed with a little purple, creamy thick foam... hmmm. At first it opens with a coffee aroma, as it warms up the dried fruitiness of good double buckwheat also comes out. Serious body. Just the right amount of acidity. First sip: heavenly. Stout, porter notes, this is the basis of the beer, next to it you can feel a mixture of tart, sour, sugary, sweet, fruity flavors throughout... Alcohol perfectly hidden, different aftertastes after each sip. I didn't feel the honey separately, but overall it became even sweeter. A must, outstanding, sample brew... Congratulations!!!... September 2022, barrel-aged serial numbered: it became 9.8%. The alcohol spoiled it a lot.

0.5l bottle. Clear dark orange/brown body with a pearl head. Aroma and taste of caramel, orange zest, toast and cloves. Interestingly there is a strong sour cherry note to it. Not sure if it's intended or the batch got some bug. With that said it's still enjoyable.

bottle @ shop (budapest) dark brown colour, normal body, average carbonated, some honey-kind sweetness, malty, lightly hoppy, not so thick the body as it fits to the doppelbock style, drinkable but I waited much more better (very impressive design on the label!)
