Originally brewed at Maclays brewery in Alloa. Subsequently contract brewed at Forth (now known as Williams Brothers) following Maclays exit from brewing. Recently revived at Clockwork.
A golden blonde colored ale, smooth and fruity in flavor with a delightful hoppy aroma and a long lingering finish. Taking its name from an old Scots word "thrapple" meaning throat, Thrapple Quencher is a wonderfully smooth and refreshing ale.
