From the coop, Gliserallee in Brig. This pils or pale ale is rather brewed on the American way or a sensation like that. This beer is dry, malty, a bit crispy, mineral, a bit yeasty, floral and aromatic hop, good.beer from this part of the country, 10.09.24

Appearance: Pale yellow golden, slight haze. Small, off-white head. Aroma: Grass, floral, slightest malt. Some hops. Some corn flakes and grains. Taste: Light fruits, grass, flowers. Palest malt, grains, light bitterness. Info: 11/11-2023, BB: 28/12-2023
