Appearance: Light orange golden, slight haze. Small, off-white head. Hazy to murky end. Aroma: Wheat, then light, tart fruits. Vegetables. Taste: Wheat, spices. Light fruits, slightly tart. A bit of vegetables. Some yeast. Info: 29/7-2023, BB: 15/10-2023

Draught at the restaurant/brauerei
Pale blond color, hazy; generous creamy head. The aroma is mild, showing the spicy side of Weizens, also lightly earthy. The mouthfeel is quite dry, with good wheat flavor, spicy as well, and without fruity esters; good bitterness level.
Balanced and sharp; good.
