During the greedy walk at Cornol at the karaoke bar. Brown ale rather on the Belgian way. This one was for me a bit too carbonated, even though it was enjoyable, really yeasty, giving a side of nuts, dry malt, a touch of toffee, a bit fruity, some hop, 16.11.2021.

Appearance: Batch 41. Medium brown, slight haze. Nice, lasting off-white head. Aroma: Malt, toasted, slight caramel. Smidgen of yeast. Taste: Medium malt, toasted to lightly roasted. Bread, nuts. Some caramel sweetness. Info: 23/2-2023, BB: 29/2-2024
