Bottle 37,5 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Subtle aroma of lovely oak and vanilla. Full body with a low carbonation, caramel and overripe fruit with the oak accents up in front. Warming alcohol finish. Nice one. 030610

3rd June 2010 - Brasserie 4:20 - thanks again to the very very nice man that is Alex!! Hazy amber brown beer. No real head. Lightdry palate. A little toffee malt, rich orange liquer flavours, a tiny bit bitter. Some dark bitter toffee in the finish. Different, tasty and very drinkable.

UFO-laden, deep orange-amber beer, under cream-beige, good head. Fruity, superb nose, composed of fresh stone fruit, strawberries, dried fruits and fresh hopssacks. Terribly good. Complex flavour, reminiscent of barrel-aged beer, with fruity esters (again strawberry, and orange & cherry), alcohol & fusels. Well-bodied, very slick to syrupy, but avoiding excessive sweetness. Wow. This is really worth in-depth trying, as well as retrying after today. The nose is absolutely great.
