To me this beer was so average, I really don’t know what to say about it cause nothing stood out. Well, maybe the carbo was a little high in my opinion, but that’s about it. Just doesn’t leave a memory in my head, even though there’s nothing wrong with it.

33cl bottle from a mixed six-pack from Lidl. Straw with a thin white head; delicate floral aroma; similar flavour with some honey; really light and delicate fruity malt finish. I was expecting a brut, but this is very refined.

This yellow-ish beer with a nice head is spiced a bit too much imo. I can’t make out which spices it are though. Maybe in the future. Not a good beer for me.

On tap @ the brewery. Clear golden body with a fine, creamy white head. Aroma has apple fruitiness, spices, yeast, wheat alcohol and feels sweet. Flavor is sweet, fruity, warming alcoholic, mild malty and moderate bitterness. A bit on the sweeter side, relatively strong alcohol feeling but still quite quaffable. A beer that gets better after the first glass.

Pours a clear golden yellow beer, creamy white adhesive head. Aroma: clear yeast note, lots of malt, come caramel and spices. MF: lots of carbon, full body. Taste: hop bitters, alcohol sweet, fruitiness, exotic fruits. Aftertaste: fruity, yeast, sugar, some hop bitter. Definitely better than the blond version.
18/11/12 - 75cl bottle @ Horecaexpo (Gent) - BB: 25/IV/14 (2012-1222) Thanks to Jef for the beer!
Clear blond beer, big creamy off-white head, very stable, adhesive. Aroma: bit chemical, dry, citrus, lemon zest, some yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: grains, some citrus, little sugary touch, ripe fruits, bit spicy. Aftertaste: citrus, little bitter, fruity (sour apples), hoppy ending.

Draught at the brewery pub. Chalk white head that stays well. Near-clear golden. Aroma of wheat and sweet fruits. Flavour is a blend of citrus shells, yeast, and honey sweetness. Finish off with a taste of slightly bitter dried fruits. Mostly hidden alcohol. Pleasing drink (visiting the brewery in Ertvelde, 30.04.2011).

Bottle from Asao. Rich honey malt aroma with citrus and a bit of spice. Quite champagne-like, actually. Medium gold with a high head. Sweet, honey and biscuit malt flavor, slightly spicy, fruit, including sweet orange, champagne. Finished very dry, dusty, and then mildly but lastingly bitter. Interesting stuff. Light, airy body, nicely carbonated, interresting.
