330ml bottle. Pours a light gold with a large head. Aroma is very pale lager like, bit of veg and a hint of lemon. Zesty lemon dry finish with some yeast. Lots of carbonation.

12oz bottle. Hazy orange-brown. Foamy, soapy head. The aroma is a little funky, I’d assume spoiled. Still drinkable, even enjoyable. Pungent dark fruits and amber malt are accentuated. Nice effervescent mouthfeel, but the leathery aftertaste is just not right. Tastes like an Amber all the way. A little devolved, assumably better fresh. Herbal hop balance awash a sugary malt and yeast body.

Bottle. Amber color, medium off white head. Aroma of apple skins. Taste is a bit on the sweet side, summer fruits and caramel. Not bad.

I disagree with the "staying head" part of the pitch, it’s a little thin but still not bad. Nice blonde body. The aroma is soft, heavy on the malts with only a hint of hops. The taste is a load of grass on the front odd citrus notes, easing into a heavy alcoholic and grassy bière-de-garde finish. Good mouthfeel. Rather nice, a little more complex than I expected.

330 ml stubby bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 9%. Golden colour, huge and lasting white head. Very nice initial fruity and spicy aroma, loses some its impact after a couple minutes in the glass. The flavour is sweet and spicy with noticeable hops, but the alcohol is not too well hidden. Could have been better, could have been worse.

330mL bottle, pours golden orange with a big white. Aroma of yeast, citrus, banana and orange peel zest. Flavour of spice, orange peel and citrus, with hops on the finish. A bit thin on the mouthful and unbalanced, but still alright.

clear yellow, huge white head that ends up being a bit fluffy. nice mellow blended very belgian aroma of spices, banana, yellow fruits. comes off very well balanced and sort of velvety. flavor is spicy, yellow fruity, strong from the alc, bitterhoppy towards the end, this doesn’t work very well as it ends up with banana and hops bitterness dominating in an unbalanced way. Seems like the spices and yellow fruits lasts shorter than the bitter banana. still a very good beer.

18th May 2008. Crisp fizzy beer with a champagne like snap and dryness. It’s clean with a nice mild brandyish malt in the mid and the finish.
