Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium yellow orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, dry apple, tart apple. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, apple, light tannins - astringent. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20100910]

Hazy yellow with a small white short lasting head. Aroma had apples and wood. Flavor had wood, apples and it came out very dry and sourish.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemon and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, brettanomyces, wood, apples, and wood, leading to a tart finish. Lovely - thanks pinball.
