Unser süffiges Mehrkornbier «Blonde» zeichnet sich durch eine Ausgewogenheit mit einer sehr milden Bittere im Abgang aus. Der kleine Weizenanteil verleiht dem untergärigen und filtrierten Sud zusätzlich eine milde Süsse, was es zu einem beliebten goldgelben Sommerbier für jung und alt macht. Es lässt sich super zu Salat, mildem Käse, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte, Geflügel und süssen Crèmes kombinieren.

Tap at Kaiser Franz, Zürich, in the city centre. Golden-blonde with a small head and small carbonation. Fairly ordinary lager, perhaps tasting a tad lighter than its strength.

33cl bottle. Aroma is some malts, taste rather on the sweet side. Nicely crisp, but could be a bit drier. A better than average Swiss lager.

Ein sehr helles Bier, das wirklich an ein französisches Blonde erinnert, aber doch etwas stärker ist als diese. Es hat feine Getreidearomen und ist gemütlich zu trinken, aber es könnte ruhig etwas tiefgründiger sein.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100908]

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Malty aroma with caramel and yeasty notes. Sweet flavor with malt, yeast and caramel hints. Finished sweet.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw - very clean. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and minerals, leading to a slightly mineralic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Fairly clean malty nose. Medium body, sweet clean malts and a little sulphur. Dryish finish. Clean and well made. 080910

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a dense, creamy and white head. Aroma is grassy and mild hayish. Mild citrusy and hoppy fruity flavoured. Bitter and slight citrusy into the finish.
